What to write about
- Corrections and accuracy
- If you find an error in a guide — a wrong hardiness rating, an outdated recommendation, a misidentified plant — include the page URL and what you believe is incorrect. Corrections keep the library honest; they are the most useful messages a reader can send.
- Garden contributions
- If you have grown a plant through a real situation — a specific climate, difficult soil, an unexpected failure and recovery — write it in a Google Doc or similar shareable page (view access open via link), then email that link to [email protected]. Steps are also on the homepage contribute section. Named, specific, honest accounts are what help other gardeners most.
- Press and partnerships
- For press, licensing, or partnership discussions, use the email below. Paid placements and sponsored content are not accepted.
- General questions
- If you have a plant question that is not answered in the guides, a reply will be attempted when possible — though general gardening queries cannot always be answered individually.
Corrections and press notes are prioritised; the aim is to reply within five working days.
What not to send
Unsolicited guest posts, link-exchange requests, and advertising pitches are not accepted and will not receive a reply.
